When you’re ready, you pay for everyone invited to your team. Their watermarks are removed, and you or your team members can download the headshots.If you don’t want to pay for someone, remove them before their headshots are created. Once their headshots are generated, you’ll still be charged for them.
Pricing is per person, lower than our individual pricing. Bigger teams get bigger discounts—up to 30% off—and your discount grows as you add seats over time. For teams with more than 100 people, we offer custom pricing. You’ll always see the exact price before you pay.
Yes, invite more people any time. You can also buy seats in advance for a bigger discount. Prepaid seats never expire, and anyone invited on one gets their headshots without watermark, ready to download.
Reach out to us. We’ll personally review their headshots and work with them until they have headshots they’re happy with. That’s our guarantee.
Yes. If they haven’t created their headshots yet, you can remove them without paying. If their headshots have already been created, you can remove them, but you’ll still be charged for that person. If you’ve already paid for their seat, removing them won’t refund or free up the seat.
Teams currently support one admin. If you need multiple admins or have a larger setup, contact us and we’ll help.
We use your photos and information only to create your headshots. We don’t sell or share them, use them for advertising or marketing, or train AI models on them. If we ever want to use them for anything else, we’ll ask your permission first.
Your data is securely stored and transmitted between our systems hosted with the leading infrastructure providers in mainland USA. The data does not leave mainland USA and is encrypted in transit. Your photos and data are secure at all times. Your photos are only handled by our software and algorithms, no human access is involved in creating your headshots from the start to finish. The only time that anybody from our team will access your photos, is if your headshot creation process needs attention, when you might have asked for support or assistance for example. Even this process involves a custom internal tool with secure access controls.
